Water Heaters
Drain water heater yearly. This preserves the water heater by flushing out any sediment.
Toilets
Never flush paper towels or sanitary napkins. Check toilet for leaks or running. Contact Admiral Plumbing for your free dye test tablet.
Shut-off Valve
Locate main shut-off valve for your home, toilets, faucets, and water heater. Check them every three months to insure they are working properly to prevent water damage in case of a broken water line or fixture.
Disposals
Cornhusks, artichokes, onionskins, celery, and other high-fiber foods can clog your disposal. Put a hand full of ice cubes in disposal and then run it with water to sharpen blades.
Drains
Use Bioclean to maintain the good flow. Fill up sink with water once a week, and then let it out to help clear the drains.
